Gluten free greatness from Kent-based Claire Forster and Sally Black

Sally Black of Oast to Host brought in some gluten free goodies for us to taste. We were bowled over by the quiche in particular but there were lots of other tasty puddings and pastries too. It was genuinely impossible to tell that the pastry was gluten free. We chatted about gluten and food intolerances and how to create great puddings.
