Our pastry blend has been awarded silver in the Free From Eating Out Awards! We are thrilled to be seeing more great comments about our blend and we cannot wait for more people to use it. The feedback from the recent Cake & Bake show proved to us what a fantastic product it is. Unlike many other pastry mixes on the market, we believe ours has the taste, texture and all round quality to not only match, but better those products which are not Free From.
the free from judges feedback was 'Really good mix – easy to use and works well.... Flavour better with butter but works surprisingly well with a dairy-free spread making it extremely versatile... Easy to roll – doesn’t collapse – good firm 'bottom' but nice crisp texture.'
