So, here we are after the crazy weekend at the Cake & Bake Show! We had a fantastic time and are thrilled with the feedback and responses of people who tried our products! Our flavoured millionaires went down a real treat and it did not get boring seeing the look on people's faces as they were trying the different flavours!
Our pastry mix was the real winner of this weekend though. People were shocked at how delicious our Gluten & Wheat Free Shortcrust Pastry (See Here) was. Whether they were gluten intolerant, coeliac or had no allergies whatsoever, the comments were all the same - "Lovely and crisp", "So much flavour" and "It doesn't taste gluten free". Hearing comments like these was a joy to the ears - It reminds us why we do what we do. We want to make great tasting food that EVERYONE can enjoy.
