“I bought some chocolate brownies from Fullers farm shop and they are absolutely delicious. Unfortunately I live in London and wondered where is the nearest stockist?
‘Particularly liked the apple/strawberry tart, treacle and walnut and millionaires shortbread, the brownie was also delicious. All held together really well (sometimes I find gluten free quite crumbly and falls apart in your hands) these were lovely and moist. Best Friday ever!’

“I have been GF for 20+ years. I was given an Oasttohost GF and wheat free Plain Shortcrust Pastry sample at Hartley Dyke Farm Shop Hartley Rd Cranbrook TN17 3QG. I made plain biscuits with it in the oven tonight. My partner who eats everything got home and also tried them. The pastry is excellent. It is the best GF pastry I have had yet. Furthermore my partner said it was ‘as good as normal pastry’. Fantastic you have made an excellent product.

“So it was my second time making pastry, but it was easy. Stranoffie pie(banoffee with strawberries) The instructions were easy to follow, i did not have baking beans and used rice instead to weigh pastry down. It looked and tasted more or less like traditional wheat pastry, was not bicarbonate tasting like other mixes I have used.I am sure most people who eat wheat would not be able to tell the difference. Its 100 times better than pastry i have made using gluten free flour and following a cook book”
