Each 195g recipe will make enough pastry to line a 10" pastry tin. Depending on the thickness of the pastry, you may have some left over when making sweet pastry.

Cake Flour: (Vegan)
Our Cake Flour is great for: CAKES, SCONES, STEAMED PUDDINGS, BLINIS & BISCUITS
225g of cake flour makes up to 150 (3-4cm diameter) canape Blinis. These are so easy to make and it would be a perfect job for the children! We love serving these with cream cheese and a smidge of smoked salmon or roasted pepper (As seen in picture). Alternatively, add sugar to the recipe to make sweet blinis and top with anything you fancy! We use strawberries and clotted cream. Perfect!
Alternatively, make American style pancakes by making them larger and serving with maple syrup and butter. Or, add some extra milk or water to our recipe to thin it out and make traditional pancakes or crepes!
