Chocolate and Passion Fruit Ganache Tart

A few years ago we were lucky enough to work with InsideKent Magazine on a Valentines menu, the ideas we came up with together would be perfect for any occasion not just Valentines and we think this frozen tart in particular would be the perfect contribution to a festive pudding table! Now with this recipe you’ll also find some canape ideas for starters and the MOST indulgent duck breast with a pomegranate sauce - if you’re wanting to host the full gluten free dinner for your friends.

Beef Wellington

One of our co-founders Claire spent her first Christmas as a mum with just her husband William and their new baby Charlotte. While they had the most delicious beef wellington and a very peaceful Christmas they quickly realised the big day is much better with the whole family around and have done just that ever since.  However if you’re going against the grain this Christmas and ignoring Turkey Claire recommends making up a beautiful Beef Wellington, this is the recipe that the wonderful Priceless Magazine pulled together with us.
