A Norfolk Treacle Tart has got to be one of our all time family favourites. Deliciously sweet filling and a crisp golden pastry, when it comes to naughty treats for your gluten free guests it's ultimate heaven.
Over the bank holiday weekend we headed off to Norfolk for a weekend with friends and decided to bring a Norfolk Treacle for the table. It went down a storm so we felt it would be unfair not to share the recipe with you all!

Gluten Free Norfolk Treacle Tart - ingredients:
- 454g golden syrup
- 54g butter
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 lemon (juice and rind)
- 4 tbsps double cream
- Pre-baked 8" Oast to Host sweet pastry case
