Gluten Free Crumble Topping (Such a useful larder face saver)

This is such a great ingredient for a last minute dessert, from a fruit crumble to a cheesecake  or base with stewed fruit and creme fraiche


  •  225g Oast to Host Pastry Mix
  • 120g Caster Sugar
  • 100g Softened Butter


  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl
  2. Mix with fingers into breadcrumbs
  3. Bring all together into a bowl and roll into a tray sized sheet
  4. Bake at 145 degrees until dry, At this stage you can crumble cool and store
  5. When the time comes ,Crumble over or under your dessert as required and ENJOY!
