This is such a great ingredient for a last minute dessert, from a fruit crumble to a cheesecake or base with stewed fruit and creme fraiche
Ingredients
- 225g Oast to Host Pastry Mix
- 120g Caster Sugar
- 100g Softened Butter
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl
- Mix with fingers into breadcrumbs
- Bring all together into a bowl and roll into a tray sized sheet
- Bake at 145 degrees until dry, At this stage you can crumble cool and store
- When the time comes ,Crumble over or under your dessert as required and ENJOY!
