'A Rural Business' - Country Living December 2018

11 months later and here it is!  COUNTRY LIVING December issue.  Thanks to the fabulous team at Country Living for putting this together.  Much Prosecco enjoyed whilst photographing the mince pies back in February!  We only got the apron of 1 of the 2 daughters involved (both gluten free!) but Suzie had fun and even got featured!

Great to receive such amazing feedback and response to our offer on Pastry Blend.  We hope to have inspired lots of cautious culinary activists into creating mouth watering gluten & wheat free mince pies and other pastry treats for the festive season.
