By combining two Christmas favourites; (Alcohol & Food!) our sophisticated 'for Adults Only' Mince Pies were born! These flavours are unlike those you have tasted before, not to be missed and they're exclusive to this Christmas season!
Whether they were gluten intolerant, coeliac or had no allergies whatsoever, the comments were all the same - "Lovely and crisp", "So much flavour" and "It doesn't taste gluten free". Hearing comments like these was a joy to the ears - It reminds us why we do what we do. We want to make great tasting food that EVERYONE can enjoy
Gluten free greatness from Kent-based Claire Forster and Sally Black
Sally Black ofOast to Host brought in some gluten free goodies for us to taste. We were bowled over by the quiche in particular but there were lots of other tasty puddings and pastries too. It was genuinely impossible to tell that the pastry was gluten free. We chatted about gluten and food intolerances and how to create great puddings.
