Our Story

Oast To Host is a small company that aspires to create the tastiest puddings suitable for special diets. Food that is not an apology but to be put on the table for everyone to enjoy.

With a combined 40 years of cooking for their respective families with a variety of food intolerances, including a coeliac daughter, Claire and Sally are really excited to be baking from their exclusively gluten & wheat free kitchen, award winning recipes to put on the table for EVERYONE to enjoy.

Claire's Story

claireClaire trained nearly 25 years ago at the National Bakery School in London, working with confectionary and making and decorating cakes and puddings. After this she worked for Suzelle Cakes in London and then moved to Confection Perfection near Tonbridge before going on to establish her own business designing and making cakes to order for special occasions.



Sally's Story

SONY DSCSally began developing gluten-free recipes 19 years ago when her daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac disease. As a mother Sally was still keen to provide her family with a well balanced tasty diet, even though there was a significant shortage of readily available fresh gluten-free meals and puddings. Although huge strides have been taken during the intervening years there is still someway to go and Sally is always striving to imaginatively address that gap in the market.
